This repository contains the core set of exercises generated by the EPCC for various HPC and parallel computing training courses.
Intructions for use:

Clone the repository to the system you are using.

Make any edits to the environment scirpt Env/env-${system}.sh for this course. For example you will need to set the project account variable so machine time can be charged.

Source the relevant Env/env-${system}.sh (e.g
source Env/env-archer2.sh) script to configure your copilation environment for the course. -
Work through the exercises using code in
${exerciseNamne}/${language}/${verision}(e.g. Sharpen/C/C-OMP). -
To run a given exercise on the HPC nodes make a copy of the relevant Batch/slurm-${system}.sh script to your working directory and edit the script to set the applciation you wish to run.
Intructions for onboarding a new system:
- To onboard a new system please add a new Env/env-${system}.sh and Batch/slurm-${system}.sh script for the system you whish to use.
