I work as an IT Operations Lead managing 24/7 mission-critical infrastructures, but my true strength lies in coding. I am a developer at the heart of operations, leveraging software engineering and Artificial Intelligence to turn large-scale problems into automated, predictable solutions.
I built my technical foundation by solving real business bottlenecks. Over my career, I have managed operations across major ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, GLPI, Cervello, and recently Pipefy). Today, my workflow is strictly data-driven and AI-powered—partnering natively with tools like Jules CLI, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and NotebookLM to architect complex systems from end to end. This allows me to seamlessly connect raw data ingestion, AI agent deployments via MCP servers, and fluid executive dashboards.
What I'm building right now: I am currently leading the analytical processing of over 5,000 critical support tickets across multiple enterprise contracts. I use Neural Networks, Google Colab, and local LLMs (orchestrated via LM Studio and heavily accelerated by the NVIDIA SDK / RTX architecture, transitioning from Mistral 7B to Qwen2.5 14B Instruct) to perform semantic parsing of technical narratives, audit miscategorizations, and map the behavioral profiles (archetypes) of Service Desk analysts, turning unstructured text chaos into actionable business intelligence.
- Data Engineering & AI Contexts: Building high-performance analytical pipelines (Python, FastAPI, DuckDB, Polars) and integrating large language models for contextual analysis. I also deploy MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers to safely expose local environments and tools to AI agents, leveraging NVIDIA hardware acceleration.
- ITSM & Workflow Automation: Managing complex corporate workflows and incident lifecycles across enterprise ITSM platforms. I natively integrate them within Microsoft Teams using Power Automate, alongside advanced spreadsheet automation (VBA/.xlsm macros) to drastically reduce manual effort and standardize legacy processes.
- Enterprise-Grade Full-Stack: Crafting secure corporate platforms using Next.js, React, and TypeScript, alongside custom rendering engines like Antigravity. Absolute focus on security (RBAC, Brute-Force protection) and data-driven interfaces.
- Low-Level Tooling & Scripting: Developing lightning-fast utilities and robust infrastructure scripts using C, C#, Go, Rust, PowerShell 7, Batch, and VBScript to orchestrate Windows/Linux ecosystems and eradicate manual toil.
