  1. Modernizes the client lib versions referenced
  2. Swaps black/isort for ruff like in the python lib
  3. Bumps all dependencies to fix vulnerabilities
  4. Fixes any new lint issues with lint tooling changes
  5. Migrates python setup.py file to newer pyproject.toml file
