Summary\n\nPhase 2 builds on #20 and turns the workflow foundation into portable, reviewable, controllable runs.\n\n- add versioned .roundtable.json export, compatibility preflight, integrity validation, and explicit owner-scoped import\n- link immutable workflow revisions to run history and show runtime, model, duration, provider-reported token, and cost evidence\n- add safe-checkpoint pause/resume and retry-one-step behavior with downstream invalidation\n- add open-source contribution, security, changelog, issue, and PR templates\n- document the current single-trusted-operator deployment boundary\n\n## Stack\n\nDepends on #20. Review this PR with base codex/visible-planning-meeting.\n\n## Verification\n\n- 44 Vitest files, 319 tests passed\n- TypeScript typecheck passed\n- ESLint passed\n- Next.js production build passed\n- Playwright Chromium E2E 2/2 passed against the final worktree\n- independent release-blocker review found no P0/P1 issues\n- git diff --check passed\n\n## Test intent\n\nThe new tests cover distinct public risks and real workflows: import integrity and environment compatibility, owner isolation, immutable revision/run linkage, provider evidence semantics, safe checkpoint persistence, downstream retry invalidation, and browser-visible approval recovery. They do not duplicate private call-order assertions.
