Pre-parses strings into `HeaderValue` instances at startup and clones them per-request to avoid allocating and parsing string-based configurations on the hot path in Axum.

👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request. When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down. I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job! Scope
Type: perf
Intent: Cache header configuration evaluation on the Axum middleware hot path.
Touchpoints: crates/app-http/src/lib.rs, crates/app-http/src/middleware/security_headers.rs, crates/http-middleware/src/security_headers.rs
Evidence: Code review,
cargo test -p app-http -p http-middleware💡 What: Caches security headers configuration validation and parsing by evaluating
HeaderValue::from_stronce at server start rather than per request in Axum middleware.🎯 Why:
axum::middleware::from_fnoperates on the hot path for every request. By extracting string parsing and evaluatingHeaderValue::from_stroutside of the per-request handler, we swap CPU-intensive error-checked string evaluation for cheapHeaderValue::clone()calls (which are basically atomic RC bumps).📊 Impact: Reduces per-request middleware overhead for security headers, eliminating up to 10 configuration string parsings per HTTP request.
🔬 Measurement: Review changes to
