build: pin bend to the commit that packages 2.0.35 - #136

Pin inputs.bend and flake.lock to 5a0b523f7759335164f1dead0e0815234a5fd9dc. The flake comment names 2.0.35 and notes that the v2.0.35 tag still packages 2.0.34. The README and the readme job follow that release archive. Co-authored-by: noah-emp <noah@emerging-patterns.com>
