Captures whatever is currently playing out of your speakers - a call, a video, a game, anything - straight to a WAV file, with no virtual cable or routing software to install. It taps the audio the same way Windows itself does (WASAPI loopback on the default playback device), so it hears exactly what you hear. Press record, press stop, and it saves a timestamped file to the folder you choose.
