Issue 409 opens on Netflix's ontology-driven knowledge graph as the context layer behind their AutoRCA agents, then pairs Mistral's Timestral and The Forecasting Company's t0-gamma in one section as two Paris teams claiming the top time series benchmarks in the same week, followed by Anthropic's Claude Code team on code review at agent scale, Meta's 2026 GEM ads model, and Will Larson on Imprint's small-change PRs.

The Netflix heading links the canonical post URL without the RSS tracking parameter the pool stored. Medium blocks direct fetches, so the section was grounded from the full text in Netflix's RSS feed; the figures were not available to read. The time series section only frames the benchmark race as Mistral's chart against t0-gamma's release-day claim, since both results are self-reported and Mistral's technical report is not out yet.

A second commit adds AI Engineer Europe 2027 and World Summit AI Europe 2027 to events.yaml, which the scout had proposed since 407, and the issue's events block lists both. The third commit is the scout's ledger update for the week, including Machine Learning Prague moving to rejected.

The style lint passes with one warning standing: the issue carries 1 semicolon against the corpus' ~3, left as written in the owner's edit. check:voice and npm run check pass locally, and the page renders on the dev server.

Netflix's ontology-driven knowledge graph for agents, Mistral's Timestral and The Forecasting Company's t0-gamma as two European time series foundation models in one section, Anthropic's Claude Code team on code review at agent scale, Meta's 2026 GEM ads foundation model, and Will Larson on small-change PRs at Imprint. The candidate pool records this week's sourcing run and marks the ECDSA post rejected.
…pe 2027

Both were proposed by the events scout in the issue 407-409 reports and approved for 409. Banners fetched with fetch-banners.mjs; the issue's events block lists both.
Refreshes the tracked KubeCon, AI Engineer Europe and World Summit AI entries, records this week's rejects, and moves Machine Learning Prague to rejected on the owner's call (regional lineup, ~800 attendees, workshop prep not worth it).

Differing pixels locate a change; the peak channel delta sizes it. A large count with a
delta of 1–2/255 is a sub-perceptual shift, a small count at 200/255 is something a reader
would see.

Informational: label the PR visual-change to state that pixels are meant to move, or dependencies to require zero.
