Explanation of Change
The Submit or Approve button row under a mobile expense report header now keeps a gap above it whatever the header bar height is.
On staging (9.4.81-0) the report avatar in an expense report header sits flush against the Submit button on Android. The stacked action row in
MoneyReportHeaderActionshas bottom padding only, so its distance from the header came entirely from the header bar's spare height above and below the avatar. Shorten the page header bar to 64px on mobile cut that spare height from 16px to 12px per side, which leaves 6px under the avatar's subscript badge. The 64px header is intentional and stays as is; the row now owns its own top padding instead.pt2on both narrow-layout rows (actions and the multi-select dropdown)Fixed Issues
