Explanation of Change
Updates the
SPAN_NAVIGATE_TO_REPORTS_TAB_RENDERspan so it measures the "warm", i.e. user has local data flow. The span should now capture navigation + SearchPage mount + layout of the list.So now we should have:
ManualNavigateToReportsTab- navigation, SearchPage mount, skeleton, data load, then render + layout of the list.
