The Game roadmaps still reported native source delivery and public installation as pending after successful publication. Record Box2D .1/.2 source delivery, .3 coherent Game0.17.0 publication and the accepted fresh public-only two-scene package consumer. Record Portal P1/P2 delivery and its public-installed prerequisite.
The owning plans link the exact merged PRs, immutable release source/run and original custody/readback artifacts. They preserve historical candidate results and distinguish signature-aware payload equality from signed archive equality. Product/Template opt-in, preserving retained adoption/removal, presentation, browser physics, solver rollback and cross-platform determinism remain open.
Validation: git diff --check; all three relative file/anchor links resolve; closed/open window states and exact two-file touchset checked. Documentation only; no CLR/runtime/release effects or implementation changes. Architecture-map: unaffected.
