Update and bit refactor

• Splitted to separate files
• Added NewClientV2 with support for web_api_v2 and tls
• Added apiStatusError() and decodeResponseJSON() for better errors
• Added GetLicense() and GetVersion() for GET /license and GET /fastnetmon_version
• Added Blackhole, GetBlackhole, RemoveBlackhole, since all heavy lifting already was done in their remote versions
