This PR updates the release-please workflow to use the default GITHUB_TOKEN instead of a PAT, and adds functionality to automatically add release PRs to the project board. The change addresses issues where the previous token-based approach wasn't working correctly.
Changes:
- Removes the custom PAT token from the release-please action, allowing it to use GITHUB_TOKEN by default
- Adds a new step to resolve release PR node IDs from release-please outputs
- Adds a new job to automatically add release PRs to the project board using a PAT
