Problem: despite of setting print_blr parameter, BLR is not printed in the log for compiling or executing of BLR requests.

Analyze: this functionality was broken by 391e7ef when JRD_compile was replaced with CMP_compile in compileRequest, as the result Statement::blr is not assigned anymore.

    Only users with repository write privileges can set labels. I'm unable to do it.

    It is definitely not about trace manager, thus I've removed that label.
