Takes the safe part of the dependabot gradle-minor-patch group (#88): the Gradle wrapper 9.4.1 -> 9.6.0. The androidx.lifecycle 2.10.0 -> 2.11.0 bump that #88 also carried is left out: its newer Compose tooling adds a lint rule (LocalContextGetResourceValueCall) that fails the build against the app's locale-override string helpers, which is a separate change to evaluate on its own. Regenerated with `gradlew wrapper` (jar + scripts + checksum). Verified: ktlintCheck lint test assembleDebug all green on 9.6.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Takes the safe part of the dependabot
gradle-minor-patchgroup (#88): the Gradle wrapper 9.4.1 → 9.6.0.The
androidx.lifecycle 2.10.0 → 2.11.0bump that #88 also carried is left out on purpose: its newer Compose tooling adds a lint rule (LocalContextGetResourceValueCall) that failslintDebugagainst the app's locale-override string helpers (str(id) = LocalContext.current.getString(id)). That's a separate change to evaluate on its own (migrate tostringResource()vs. suppress), not something to fold into a wrapper bump.Regenerated with
gradlew wrapper(jar +gradlew/gradlew.bat+ pinned checksum). Verified locally:ktlintCheck lint test assembleDebugall green on Gradle 9.6.0.Supersedes the wrapper portion of #88, which will be closed.
