Takes the safe part of the dependabot gradle-minor-patch group (#88): the Gradle wrapper 9.4.1 → 9.6.0.

The androidx.lifecycle 2.10.0 → 2.11.0 bump that #88 also carried is left out on purpose: its newer Compose tooling adds a lint rule (LocalContextGetResourceValueCall) that fails lintDebug against the app's locale-override string helpers (str(id) = LocalContext.current.getString(id)). That's a separate change to evaluate on its own (migrate to stringResource() vs. suppress), not something to fold into a wrapper bump.

Regenerated with gradlew wrapper (jar + gradlew/gradlew.bat + pinned checksum). Verified locally: ktlintCheck lint test assembleDebug all green on Gradle 9.6.0.

Supersedes the wrapper portion of #88, which will be closed.
