For #24: [W2] Add docs/README.md: an index of the documents under docs/

What and why

The platform made the commits and the branch from the files the agent handed back; it does not use the agent's own git state on the box, so anything the summary says about committing, branching or pushing describes only what the agent could do there.

The agent's summary, quoted:

Adds docs/README.md, an index of the Markdown documents under docs/, so a new reader can find them
without browsing the directory. There are two entries: the PRD (docs/product/touchstone.md) and the
architecture design (docs/architecture/touchstone.md). Each uses a relative link and a description
taken from the document itself. The PRD's comes from the subtitle of its title. The design's comes
from the opening paragraph of its Design section. No other files changed. Tests were not run: the
change is docs-only, and Go and Node are not on the box.

Tools used:
- git 2.43.0 (`git --version`), already on the box.

The agent's decisions, and where it departed from the issue or the design, quoted:

1. Grouped entries by directory (product, then architecture) and put the PRD first, because the
   design doc says it is sized to the PRD's requirements.
2. For the design doc, used the opening paragraph of its Design section rather than its title alone,
   since the title 'Design: Touchstone' says nothing about the content; the wording is shortened
   slightly, not invented.
