docs(design): remove design documents that have been implemented - #720

Delete the design documents whose designs have shipped: angle-conventions, camera-views, collision-events, continuous-collision-detection, font-atlas-loading, form-layout-columns, game-states, generational-entity-ids and hdr-colors. The docs site now describes that behavior. Update the remaining design documents that linked to them, and mark the shipped findings as implemented in demo-findings.md.
