Architecting Embodied Intelligence and Sovereign Systems

Building the technical bridge between mechatronic control and autonomous economic operation.


The Aegis Thesis

Humanity is gaining powerful intelligence but losing sovereignty over thought as systems centralize into opaque, state or corporate owned infrastructure. Aegis is architected as a guardian of agency: a system designed to ensure that as intelligence scales, autonomy scales with it. I build the infrastructure that protects the possibility space of independent minds, ensuring that the future of intelligence remains biological and artificial. Aegis does not decide the future. It ensures there is one.

AEROS Visual Autonomy Engineered a camera only perception pipeline achieving sub 100ms end to end latency. Utilized a lightweight CNN for heading regression integrated with PID control loops for real time drone navigation in deterministic PyBullet environments.
ForgeAI Cognitive Memory Architected a local first RAG system utilizing a dual model failover strategy. Focused on optimizing vector retrieval and persistent knowledge architectures to overcome human working memory constraints.
ORION Embodied AI Orchestrated a 14 axis mechatronic assembly system. Implemented industrial S curve trajectory smoothing and gated mechanical execution through decentralized settlement verification to enable machine to machine commerce.
ARGUS Privacy AI Developed a Federated Learning framework for industrial telemetry. Implemented FedAvg and FedProx from scratch in PyTorch to achieve a 42.9 percent accuracy gain while maintaining absolute participant data sovereignty.
