Bring timer delete back to timer list through option

Feature description

If selected in the Timer options the delete button will be visible in the timer list (again).

Why do you want this feature?

The delete button has been recently removed from the timer list. I use timers multiple times a day, and it is super fast to enter the time I want when no timer exists. Hence I usually delete the existing timer(s) and add a new one, since usually I need very specific times. I don't like having 20 timers and looking for the timer I need.

I think bringing the timer back as an optional feature would be nice for users like me.
