Apple pod build logs can outlive or be shared more broadly than build credentials. Remove the blanket environment dump without changing build commands, toolchains, or artifacts.

Small cleanup of the shared Apple CocoaPods helper. Removes an unnecessary diagnostic command; build commands, toolchains, dependencies, and binary artifacts are unchanged.
