Summary

Turns the HTML exporter from a static summary table into a standalone client-side report that remains usable offline and makes no external network requests.

• Search task IDs and hidden evidence, including violation details, file paths, tamper descriptions and code snippets.
• Filter tasks by boundary violation severity, with a separate option for tasks without boundary violations.
• Expand per-task evidence for boundary violations, workspace snapshot changes, reward-hacking/tamper events, mutation probes, contamination and test integrity.
• Toggle dark/light themes.
• Download the complete report as JSON or a summary CSV. CSV cells are quoted and string values that could trigger spreadsheet formulas are prefixed defensively.
• Escape all report-supplied text for HTML and encode <, > and & in embedded JSON to prevent report data from terminating the script element.

The page uses inline CSS/JavaScript only, has no CDN dependency, and keeps keyboard focus indicators and table labels.

Tests added

Covers interactive controls, task evidence, severity/search wiring, HTML/embedded-JSON escaping, JSON/CSV export hooks and zero-task reports.

Validation

CI is running for this branch; results will be reported after they complete.
