It looks long from the outside, but it's actually not that long. I've read it all. I haven't cross-checked it and I'm not an expert on the subject, but everything seems very logical and organized. Maybe @FreeCAD/cad-working-group could organize a bounty program for these steps. They are so well organized that it seems like most of the work has already been done. |

Adds the document as .md file but further discussion and refinement (e.g. with DWG) should happen on the individual issues if someone is implementing it.
