Add APIs for Stocking Input Bus/Hatch - #222

Added the following methods to Stocking Input Bus (ME), Advanced Stocking Input Bus (ME), Stocking Input Hatch (ME), and Advanced Stocking Input Hatch (ME). getSlotSize():number -- Returns the number of slots this input bus/hatch can be configured for. getConfiguration(slot:number):table -- Returns the item configured for the specified slot. setConfiguration(slot:number[, detail:table]):boolean -- Configures the ME input bus/hatch. isAdvanced():boolean -- Returns whether this is the advanced variant of the input bus/hatch. getAutoStock():boolean -- Returns whether this input bus/hatch enables the auto-pull feature. setAutoStock(enabled:boolean):boolean -- Sets whether this input bus/hatch enables the auto-pull feature. getMinAutoPullStackSize():number -- Returns the minimum amount of this input bus/hatch. setMinAutoPullStackSize(min:number):boolean -- Sets the minimum amount of this input bus/hatch. getRefreshTime():number -- Returns the slot refresh time of this input bus/hatch. setRefreshTime(ticks:number):boolean -- Sets the slot refresh time of this input bus/hatch. getAdditionalConnection():boolean -- Returns whether ME channels can connect to any side. setAdditionalConnection(enabled:boolean):boolean -- Sets whether ME channels can connect to any side.

Stricter argument validation. getAutoStock / setAutoStock were renamed to getAutoPull / setAutoPull. getMinAutoPullStackSize / setMinAutoPullStackSize were renamed to getMinAmount / setMinAmount.
