Carrying forward @syedDS's content from PR #2 for proper entry-lead review.

The original PR #2 was admin-merged on 2026-05-02 without first being routed through the LLM03 entry leads. That merge has been reverted in #19. This PR contains @syedDS's content unchanged (cherry-picked, original commit author preserved on `576582c`) so it can go through the normal review path.

Admin: re-applied the mechanical reference-formatting fixes per project owner's instruction so entry leads see the version aligned with the style guide. No content change to @syedDS's substantive additions. Specifically:
