Remove PublishTrimmed (Avalonia crashes when trimmed) and add IncludeNativeLibrariesForSelfExtract + IncludeAllContentForSelfExtract to bundle native Skia deps properly.
Self-contained single-file now includes all native libs automatically extracted at runtime.
