Integrate live continuous building via Project Genie simulation

This PR adds the simulated Project Genie continuous building orchestrator to ecosystem.config.cjs using the provided configuration template, which automatically and repeatedly calls scripts/genesis.cjs to simulate dynamic live environment generation. Additionally, it fixes a hardcoded file path bug in scripts/genesis.cjs preventing it from functioning smoothly locally by substituting an absolute path that resolves contextually via __dirname for the journal output log.
