What & why
Public-source harvest of clean Haswell-EP engineering samples plus leftover LGA1151 mobile ES Q-specs that were listed as engineering versions but not yet in the catalog.
Added (5 ES):
Skipped (not imported): mixed LGA2011-3 ES/QS revision tables (QFQF/QGEF/QGN3/QK8Y/QGSF/QFS0/QGP2/QFST); Haswell rows with retail brand strings (QE6S/QE6U/QEH6/QG81/QG84); Broadwell QJBG (CPU-Z/product SKU i7-5775C); QFRH (QS with E5-2652 v3 brand); QFRA mixed pre-production.
QS count in this PR: 0.
Catalog: 121 -> 126 ES records.
