This pull request updates the base image in the Dockerfile from Ubuntu 24.04 to 26.04. However, this upgrade is expected to break the Docker build because several external repositories and dependencies configured later in the Dockerfile do not yet support Ubuntu 26.04. Upgrading to Ubuntu 26.04 will break the Docker build. Several external repositories and dependencies configured in this Dockerfile (such as Docker CE on line 77 and Microsoft ODBC on line 103) do not yet support Ubuntu 26.04. Retaining the stable Ubuntu 24.04 LTS release is recommended.
