Post-transfer metadata sweep per ORG-TRANSFER-RUNBOOK Part II Wave 1: workflows (upstream-drift checkout, greetings links, container-release GHCR image pinned to lowercase ghcr.io/guard-core), mkdocs repo fields, README/SECURITY/COC/FUNDING, issue-template links, docs and example pages, vendored SKILL.md links. Adds .github/CODEOWNERS (* @rennf93) so the master code-owner ruleset is enforced. Module paths, Go imports, require directives, and CHANGELOG history lines are deliberately unchanged: the canonical import path rename is a separate operator decision and old URLs keep resolving via GitHub redirects.
