We are a logistics company that uses ground robot assistants and drones to help San Francisco users deliver small and medium-sized items. We have three distribution stations in the city. Our interaction design needs are Webapp.

basic requirements:

• Complete process design from login to order to transaction completion
• Users only need to enter basic information such as items and delivery requirements to get delivery recommendations
• The route selection recommendation should consider:
  • route
  • Number of available robots / drones
  • Robot vs drone
• Users can choose the final delivery solution they need
• Users can get confirmation orders and tracking information after selection

• 有完整的从登录到下单再到交易完成的流程设计
• 用户只需输入物件、递送需求等基本信息便可得到递送选择推荐
  • 递送选择推荐的区分要素可以考虑
    • 路线
    • 可用机器人/无人机数量
    • 机器人 vs 无人机
• 用户可自主选择所需的最终递送方案
• 用户在选择后可以获得确认订单以及追踪信息
