Fix review comments on Week Ahead articles: CSP, duplicate h1, localization, broken translations

Addresses 10 review comments from PR #1087 across all 14 week-ahead HTML articles.

Security

• Removed 'unsafe-inline' from style-src in CSP — external stylesheets don't need it
• Removed inline onload handler on Google Fonts link; loads directly as rel="stylesheet"

Accessibility / SEO

• Removed duplicate <h1> (plus stray logo and tagline duplicate) — single primary heading per page

Localization

• Reading time: Localized twitter:data1 and article-meta for all non-EN files (e.g. 5 min läsning, 阅读时间：5分钟)
• Policy significance: Replaced 6 distinct English trailing sentences with proper translations across all 14 languages (EU/foreign affairs, fiscal, defence, trade, environment, transport)
• Broken partial translations: Fixed ~100+ lang="sv" spans where committee names were half-translated (e.g. 交通委员会s sammanträde → Trafikutskottets sammanträde, 质询ssvar → Interpellationssvar)
• Vote entry: Restored Swedish original Votering in lang="sv" spans linking to riksdagen.se

Data quality

• De-duplicated "calendar, events, calendar, events" in meta keywords
• Removed truncated Gymnasie- minister target line (incomplete source data)

All 14 files pass HTMLHint validation.
