• New page /blog/claude-code-projects/: what Projects in Claude Code are, who can use them today, how a project is organised, what it costs, the beta limits, and how it differs from agent teams, agent view and routines. Checked 11 Oct 2026. 1,151 words, one table, four scenes and a title image.
• claude-code-agent-teams: one sentence linking the new page.

Why now: "claude code projects" has 480 searches a month at difficulty 15 (OpenSEO, US), a scout report flagged the waitlist on 10 Oct, and we had no page. Anthropic's launch post is dated 17 Sep 2026, so this is a rising name, not a launch from the last 24 hours.

Checks

• gate.mjs passes. The page is 1 word over the 1,150 target (a warning; the cap is 1,200).
• Independent fact review passed on the first pass: about 62 factual sentences checked against Anthropic's docs, launch post and changelog; every quote, date and page credit matched. One sentence was widened after it, to carry the docs' exception for threads started by a routine.
• Blog build and the release link check pass.

Not checked

• We have not tried Projects. The page says so and reports only what Anthropic's pages say.
• Nobody tried the scene taps or the toggle in a browser. I looked at the stills only.
• Known flaw: the lower half of the noticeboard scene is empty in its final frame.

Merge order

This is the sixth open engine PR (#724 to #728 and this one), which is the cap. All touch media.json and the built docs/blog; after each merge the others need a rebase.
