Backend & Infrastructure Engineer · 9 years · 100K+ req/sec · 5B+ events/day
Built and scaled a SaaS platform from a blank file to a global infrastructure serving 500+ enterprise clients — solo. Every architectural decision, every system, every line of the core platform.
Click tracking engines → Golang, high-throughput HTTP, custom routing
Event streaming pipelines → Kafka, NATS JetStream, billions of events/day
Real-time reporting systems → ClickHouse, BigQuery, sub-second queries on TBs
Postback delivery engines → Server-to-server, retry logic, delivery guarantees
Caching architectures → Redis, Dragonfly, Memcache — tuned to read patterns
Cloud infrastructure → AWS, GCP, Terraform, Docker — optimized, not over-provisioned

- Optimization over vertical scaling — finding what's actually slow, fixing it, not just adding capacity
- Reliability at scale — systems that hold up when it matters, not just in staging
- Cost-efficient architecture — infrastructure that grows with the business without the bill doing the same

Google Summer of Code 2017 — ownCloud
Built the Dropbox v2 integration for ownCloud. Ported the Flysystem adapter from v1 to v2 API, shipped files_external_dropbox as a standalone ownCloud app with backward-compatible migration from existing v1 mounts.
Available for remote backend/infra roles and fractional CTO engagements.
