Ten small circuit boards for the heypcb.ai store: each one cute enough to make someone smile and useful enough to be used every week. Plant buddy, focus timer, keychain torch, USB-C cable tester, CO2 monitor, night light, bench ruler, fridge reminder, phone stand and name badge.
![]() Sprout, the plant buddy A circuit-board sprout that cries a little blue tear when your plant is thirsty. Circuit World | ![]() Pomodoro Pal A tomato on your desk that keeps you focused for 25 minutes, without your phone. Circuit World | ![]() Torch Cat Boop the cat's nose and its eyes light up your keyhole. Circuit World | ![]() Cable Bunny Is it a charge-only cable? Ask the bunny. Circuit World | ![]() Air Ghost A little ghost that blushes red when your room needs fresh air. Circuit World |
![]() Luna, the night-light moon A sleepy moon that turns on at dusk and tucks itself in after you fall asleep. Circuit World | ![]() Ruler Dino The bench ruler that measures, sizes screws and tests your wires. Circuit World | ![]() Hoot, the fridge reminder owl The fridge owl that blinks at you until you've taken your meds and had your water. Circuit World | ![]() Bolt, the phone stand robot A little robot that holds your phone, charges it, and peeks over the top to tell you how it's eating. Circuit World | ![]() Blob, the social battery badge The name badge that tells people whether to come say hi. Circuit World |
Every board is its own repository with its KiCad 10 project, Gerbers, drill, BOM and CPL for JLCPCB, renders, firmware where it has an MCU, a spec with its power budget and BOM, and its store copy. All ten are ERC and DRC clean and fab-ready; none has been fabricated yet.
COLLECTION.md: the side-by-side comparison (function, power, BOM cost, size, price, difficulty), the launch order and the three hero products.
Made with the HeyPCB method: each board is a written brief composed from reusable circuit blocks and built headless on KiCad 10 (placement, Freerouting, pours, silkscreen and gold art, DRC with schematic parity, DFM), every part bound to a dated JLC/LCSC catalogue read.
Hardware: CERN-OHL-S v2, firmware: MIT, in each board's repository.
