This PR expands Roku/BrightScript project detection to cover multi-brand layouts where per-brand manifests live under config subdirectories rather than at the project root.
Two new signals are added: a structural check (bsconfig.json + .brs files in source/ or components/) and brighterscript in npm deps -e ither is sufficient. Added some tests as well.
