Pulls latest refactor that removes heap decompression logic and supports only direct-to-direct decompression via ZlibDirectDecompressor (zero-copy path). Heap/mixed buffer callers fall back to the stream path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
