THANK YOU very much for also adding the VPE Gateways for COS and ICR as well as configuring the platform logs if not already configured.

This PR enriches the script and creates subnets in all three VPC zones and creates and attaches a public gateway to all three subnets.
Furthermore, it creates VPEGWs for ICR and COS to make sure that traffic is routed through the IBM Cloud private network
