Aligns live execution gates and holding periods with opening-fill cycles and official trading sessions, while preserving tracker state across scale-ins and publishing canonical 8dp HALF_EVEN averages. Adds unit, E2E, and real-PostgreSQL calendar coverage. Verification: full Gradle check with rerun-tasks BUILD SUCCESSFUL.
