What happened?

Hello,When running playerctl position, it fails to get the correct time stream, which my lyric client sptlrx depends on. The time is stuck at 0 seconds

Thanks for the report, and for mentioning sptlrx! 🙏

You were right: WaveFlow wasn't updating its MPRIS playback position while a track was playing, so playerctl position stayed at the beginning of the track.

This is now fixed in #808: the position is refreshed every second while playing.

The fix will be included in 1.8.2, which is coming shortly. Once 1.8.2 is available on the AUR, sptlrx should be able to follow the playback position normally.

If anything still looks off after updating, feel free to reopen this issue.

你说得没错：WaveFlow 之前在歌曲播放过程中不会持续更新 MPRIS 的播放位置，所以 playerctl position 会一直停在歌曲开头。

这个问题已经在 #808 中修复：现在播放时会每秒更新一次播放位置。

修复将包含在即将发布的 1.8.2 中。等 1.8.2 在 AUR 上可用后，sptlrx 应该就能正常跟随播放进度了。
