Summary

  • Strip the README-mirroring Highlights / Architecture-diagram / Installation / Quick-start / Action-list-shape sections from each language's index.rst.
  • Landing page now keeps only: title, language switcher, tagline, short description, documentation-layout paragraph, RoadMap link, the two chapter toctrees, and indices.
  • Dropped content already lives in its own chapter (quickstart, cli, architecture), so no information is lost.

Test plan

  • CI green on Windows / Python 3.10–3.12
  • Sphinx builds (en / zh-TW / zh-CN) succeed with -W
  • Verify rendered landing page matches the WebRunner-style minimal intro

Drop the README-mirroring Highlights / Architecture diagram /
Installation / Quick start / Action-list shape sections from each
language's index.rst. The landing page now keeps just the project title,
language switcher, a short tagline, a paragraph describing what
automation_file is, the documentation-organisation paragraph, a RoadMap
link, and the chapter toctrees. The dropped material already lives in
its own chapter (quickstart, cli, architecture).
