Summary

Align the root README with the website's cost-modeling story, calculator logo, and sage-colored sharing image. Remove Demo, How it works, and Get started from the shared website header, including their unused styles. The homepage and documentation page now show the brand alone in the header.

The README retains installation guidance, the executable comparison, documentation links, and the distinction between sample costs and real decisions.

Validation

  • go test ./...
  • bun run build in website (real browser CLI, calculator, metadata, and internal links passed)
  • bun run typecheck in website (zero errors or warnings)
  • bash scripts/check-dead-code.sh
  • README local links/assets and both built-page headers checked
  • Product validation gate passed on 9dd7e02a571f1d412401498b0121b75b99f3ea55; all six validators passed, with zero provider cost

Review Readiness

Draft for maintainer review. Hosted checks are pending. AgentShift tools are unavailable in this session; no story mapping or tracker update is claimed. Merge approval has not been given.

Release Impact

No CLI, pricing, simulation, installation, or release behavior changed.

Notes

The website changes are source changes. No deployment or live-site update was performed. Validation evidence was not committed.
