Review — Milestone 1, Inception & Research Design
Decision: Request changes.
Issue 1 — The milestone is not complete (blocker)
All three listed deliverables are marked "Pending Kickoff." The summary section contains the literal template placeholder {/* Filled after kickoff */}. This is not a milestone submission — it is an unfilled draft. A milestone report can only be submitted when the milestone work is complete. Please resubmit when the inception, research design, and market-cluster screening work has been done.
Issue 2 — All evidence is external (blocker)
All evidence links to docs.prisma.events. No content is present in this PR as Markdown. When the work is complete and this is resubmitted, all deliverables and evidence must be written up as Markdown files and committed to this PR. External links to websites, documents, or other resources cannot be treated as evidence.
Issue 3 — Submitted deliverables do not match the contract (blocker)
The contracted Milestone 1 deliverables are:
- Inception report
- Research design and methodology
- Candidate market-cluster list
- Primary-research plan
The submission lists "Kickoff Report," "Research Design Document," and "Stakeholder Recruitment Plan." The candidate market-cluster list and primary-research plan are absent. "Kickoff Report" and "Stakeholder Recruitment Plan" are not contracted deliverables for this milestone. When resubmitting, the deliverable list must match the contract.
Issue 4 — MDX parse error
The attestation date {'2026-09-09'} will be treated as a JSX expression by the Docusaurus MDX parser and will cause a build error. Use a plain string: 2026-09-09.
Issue 5 — Missing frontmatter and inconsistent file naming
The file has no YAML frontmatter, so it will render without a title in Docusaurus. The filename m1.md does not follow the milestone-1.md convention used by other submissions. Both should be corrected on resubmission.
Issue 6 — Budget is inconsistent
The submission claims 7,000 ADA but the budget table shows 0 ADA spent. These must agree. Additionally, the total budgeted in the table (8,500 ADA) does not match the amount claimed (7,000 ADA).
