Adds the MiR100 to Amazon Warehouse, in the simulation and as a physical robot.

  • database/exercises/db.sql: two new worlds for the exercise, "Warehouse 1
    Mir100" and "Mir100 Physical". The default world does not change.
  • HAL_mir100.py: HAL for the MiR100, used with import HAL_mir100 as HAL.
    It has the same /mir100 topics in the simulation and on the real robot,
    front and back laser functions, and limits the speed to 1 m/s and 1 rad/s.
  • ExerciseContainer.tsx: hides the simulator panel in physical worlds.
  • Dockerfile.dependencies_humble: adds roslibpy, used by the bridge in RI.
    The dependencies image needs a rebuild.

Depends on RoboticsInfrastructure JdeRobot/RoboticsInfrastructure#810 (worlds, bridge and dummy ROS1 driver)
and RoboticsApplicationManager #RAM (launching physical worlds), merge those
first.

Tested with the dummy ROS1 driver, not with a real MiR100 yet. There is no
C++ HAL for it yet.
