Added a new section to the README explaining how to organize data, set up the Python virtual environment in workspace/.venv, and run the Jupyter notebook report.ipynb. Also updated the environment activation path in report.ipynb to correctly point to ../../workspace/.venv/bin/activate.

Very cool, thanks for the updates. It makes it clearer how the errors are indeed proxy errors. And how well ECH is doing in each country. It looks like one network in Burkina Faso might be blocking ECH.

Why do you use _ instead of . in the folder name?

Cuz I don't want to mess up with the .com file extension.
