Replaces the retired status.github.com HTML feed with the current githubstatus.com v2 JSON endpoint, maps all current indicators, returns unknown safely for invalid responses and unavailable historical data, removes the obsolete DOM dependency, updates the README, and adds PHP 7.1/8.5 tests. Resolves #3.
