  • Project picker: folders now come from the sessions of every project (/experimental/session?roots=true on 1.x, the global session list on v2), git projects and a server-side recents list, so every browser shows the same folders (e.g. /docker). Removing a folder hides it everywhere. This browser's existing recents are uploaded once.
  • MCP toggles in the project scope: opencode 1.19 writes project PATCHes to <folder>/config.json, which it never reads, so enabling a server "succeeded" and stayed off. Changes are verified against the merged config and applied globally when opencode ignored them, with a notice.

Tests: unit 188, e2e 33, compat 13/13 on 1.19.0, 2.0.29 and 1.14.51.

opencode only lists git repositories as projects; every other folder
(/docker, /tmp…) belongs to its catch-all "global" project, so the picker
only showed folders the current browser had opened. The web app now lists
the folders of every session (all projects), git projects and folders
opened from any browser, kept server-side; removing one hides it for all.

opencode 1.19 writes project config PATCHes to <folder>/config.json, a
file it never loads: enabling a server in the project scope showed a
success toast and changed nothing. Config changes now go through the web
app, which checks the merged config and applies an ignored change to the
global config instead, telling the user.
