feat: @ mentions, full-width settings on phones, live demo, more screenshots - #16

Typing @ offers the project's files and folders (fuzzy search on the server, /find/file or the v2 /api/fs/find) and the subagents; picked mentions are sent as opencode file and agent parts. ! at the start shows opencode's shell mode. User messages render file and agent parts as chips instead of the synthetic text opencode adds. On phones the options row hides while the keyboard is open. DEMO=1 builds a client-only flavour for GitHub Pages where a fetch and EventSource shim answers the UI's API calls in the browser: seeded projects and sessions kept in localStorage, and a keyword-driven bot that streams replies, thinks, uses tools on a small file tree, asks permission for shell commands, asks questions, writes todos, runs a subagent and renders MCP UI widgets.
