Hey,
nice that this is moving into a package. Maybe consider adding https://github.com/Yomna-Eid/VectorRaster-EODataCubes/blob/main/Julia/DataCubes_Julia.ipynb the workflow there should work top to bottom. But, possible a lot of things are/will be outdated.

It's not clear to me what that one does. If there's some more prose on what exactly is happening, I'd be happy to include that.
But we do now have https://github.com/asinghvi17/VectorDataCubes.jl/tree/main/examples ported from xvec and the r package
