#262 targets the privacy branch. After that parent was merged, merging #262 updated the parent branch without putting its handoff improvements on main. This merges that branch into current main, preserving compact workflow maps, gap-tail orientation, bounded date chunks and loading/cancellation behavior alongside the process catalog and preflight features.
The resulting tree exactly matches the locally tested integration of #261, #262, #273 and #274: 2,010 Python tests passed (1 skipped), all 127 JavaScript tests passed, and real Chromium flows passed for shared publication/review and local preflight/report download. No feature code is rewritten.
