Malte can work on the QMRA web app the way our AI development framework describes. This means three things. He can log in to our shared development server. He can open the QMRA project folder there. And he can start Claude Code, the AI coding assistant, with his own login. At the end he also knows where to read how our way of working starts.
We follow the framework's onboarding page step by step. The detailed server-side checklist is kept in the repository file docs/tickets/01-onboard-malte-to-ai-development-framework.md, not in this public issue.
Already in place (checked on 23 September 2026): his personal setup file in the framework, his account on the development server with membership in the QMRA project group, and admin rights on this GitHub repository.
Acceptance criteria
The QMRA project folder is in place on the server, and Malte can log in from his own computer and pull the code.
Malte has started Claude Code once and completed the login for our shared Claude subscription. This needs the subscription holder to be available, so plan a time with them.
Malte has confirmed the "Trust this folder" question himself the first time Claude opened the project.
His Claude skills (small add-ons that teach Claude our method) are installed and match his setup file.
The audit record for the onboarding is written.
Malte has been walked through the method overview and the "Project start" phase, and knows that pull request Docs vision architecture glossary #17 holds the current Vision and Glossary.
The framework's environment check has been run afterwards and confirms the account is set up correctly.
